Services
Consulting for AI, improvement, and delivery.
Engagements are shaped around a focused workshop, a delivery partnership, or ongoing coaching for teams and leaders. Three core practices — the same craft applied differently depending on what you need.
AI Coaching & Enablement
Practical guidance to help leaders and teams adopt AI tools with confidence and measurable business value.
What you walk away with: Three live use cases inside the first month, not a 40-page strategy in the fifth.
- AI use-case discovery and prioritisation
- Prompting, review, and responsible-use guidance
- Team coaching for everyday AI adoption
- Practical governance and workflow integration
Process Improvement
Map current workflows, remove friction, and design simpler ways of working that support better decisions and delivery.
What you walk away with: A documented future state that the operations team can actually run from on Monday morning.
- Process mapping and current-state analysis
- Future-state design and workflow optimisation
- Friction, handover, and rework reduction
- Change impact documentation
Agile Coaching & Delivery
Partner with teams to shape priorities, align stakeholders, and keep delivery moving from idea through implementation.
What you walk away with: A delivery rhythm that survives the next reorg, not a process binder that gets shelved by quarter-end.
- Agile coaching for teams and leaders
- Delivery partner support, idea to implementation
- Backlog, priority, and stakeholder alignment
- Progress reporting that supports decisions
Engagement shapes
Three honest shapes the work usually takes.
Focused workshop
Half-day to three-day sessions that get a leadership group from "we should think about AI" or "we need to fix this process" to a concrete next step everyone has agreed to.
Best when the room is the constraint.
Delivery partnership
I sit inside the delivery team for a fixed window — running the rhythm, owning the reporting up, and unblocking decisions sideways. Hand-off plan from day one.
Best when delivery is stalled.
Ongoing coaching
A regular cadence with one or two leaders or a small team. Not a course — a private set of sessions wired into the work you're already doing.
Best when the people are the constraint.
How I work
The shape of every good engagement.
Names change. The structure doesn't.
Listen
Two or three conversations with the people closest to the problem. Read the artefacts. Write down what I heard, not what I think yet.
Frame
Agree what we're actually solving — and what we're explicitly not. The most expensive consulting hours are spent unwinding ambiguity later.
Do
Run the work in two-week loops with a visible artefact at the end of each one. If something's wrong, it shows up by week two, not month four.
Hand off
A working document, a written set of decisions, and the people inside your org who now own each piece. Then I leave.
